This view of Kathmandu will never change (people walking around with no work, potters with a hip of load shouting at you if you block their path, teenagers smoking and screaming, beggars following you for rs. 5 or less, drunks sleeping and a lot going on). I have been away for almost 3 years and its the same. No matter how old or young you are you know how Kathmandu is and will be. People want it to change but I don't. Why should it change for us. This gives us the identity of who we really are, why hide it or be ashamed of it. Be proud of it. (except the garbage on street side, im not proud of it.)
